The Day Care Reservation system has been developed to benefit your day care experience.
It allows visibility to varying daily population levels, in advance, therefore enhancing our management and staffing capabilities, to maximize your "day care experience".
As is currently the case, Dairydell day care services are exclusively provided for those dogs having been previously "assessed" (at Dairydell),
and determined appropriate for "our" day care setting.
This is a one time, first time thing. Go to (http://126.96.36.199) to complete the sign up, click on the "sign up" button, and complete the items requested: 1. your name, 2. your email address, 3. the password you'd like to use in the future, and 4. your dog(s) name.
There are no requirements or restrictions in the password field (alpha-numeric or "case" sensitivity).
Dairydell management will receive your registration, and will respond as soon as possible (usually within 24 business hours).
When your registration has been "activated", you may then begin using the reservation tool.
(As of the date of this posting, if you are an existing day care client, a user name and password have been created for you in the following format: user, dog name last name; password, dog name)
After having received notice from Dairydell that your registration has been received and activated, you are free to make your reservation selections for the current 6 day period. Click the Login button found on the top right. Login with the email and password you registered.
The Profile screen contains the same information as the Sign Up screen. You can modify your profile information here. Please call Dairydell (707-762-6111) if assistance is required, as the manages can reset your password.
2. Making Day Care Reservations (Selecting Day)
Day care selection days are Monday through Saturday only (and please note, Saturday business hours are 9:00 - 3:00).
You may make reservations for any of the rolling SIX dates displayed on the "on-line reservation tool" for your registered (and approved) pets.
You must make your reservations by 3:00pm of the preceding "selection" day.
If you try to make a reservation after the cut off time (3:00pm of the previous selection day), you'll find that selection day will not be available via this tool.
Also, if the capacity limit for a day has been reached, a reservation will not be available via this tool.
Should you experience either of these situations, please call our office 707-762-6111, to see if day care arrangements may still be made.
2.1 For multiple dog Reservations
Each pet is a separate reservation (note the drop down menu indicator in "pick your days" page).
You must complete the reservation process for each pet.
Your selections will only be saved by clicking "Submit to Day Care" for the first dog, before moving on to the next one.
You may reserve a day by clicking on the reserve checkbox for each date. Your successful selections are visible in the Day Care Pick table.
Cancellations (please use this anytime needed
We've made the cancellation process very fast and easy to do.
Simply check the "cancel day" check box, to de-select the corresponding day, and click "submit to day care".
Due to our desire to deliver only a very premium day care experience, we limit our daily capacity to only that which the facility and staff can reasonably accommodate.
In order to help assure space when desired, we ask our clients to be vigilant in "cancelling" reservations, when they're no longer needed - thank you!
Your consideration of others in this way, will no doubt come back around to you.
Increased popularity of Dairydell Day Care service has necessitated the need for a change in our operating process.
Our intent for implementing this new procedure is to continue to ensure the best possible day care service available,
while doing it in the most convenient way possible for our clients.
Our past practice served us well, but if unchanged, could (and likely would) lead to unnecessary challenges, and client inconveniences.
Knowing there are ways to avoid that predictable occurrence, makes that eventuality simply unacceptable.
The new process has been determined to provide our clients the most convenient, and best experience possible, (even greater than has been the case), albeit at the need for a procedural adjustment and a slight bit of scheduling foresight.
As a practical matter, with the new "on-line reservation tool", you can schedule up to 6 days in advance, in well under half of a minute.
And, should you not have access to the internet, or choose to make reservations via phone, email, or in person, you can certainly still do so.
The key is to be timely (by 3:00pm of the previous business day).
